Tex-Mex Bean-Burger Soup

INGREDIENTS:

1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained

1 (14-1/2 oz) can diced tomatoes & green chiles, undrained

1 pkg (12 oz) frozen veggie ground crumbles, (such as Boca or other brand).

3 cups water

1 cup frozen corn

1 small onion, chopped

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 Tbsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp hot sauce (adjust to suit your taste)
