Spaghetti Bolognese


Finely chop and fry the onions, carrots and celery in fry light for 5 minutes.

Then add the mince and fry until brown.

Add tinned tomato’s, beef stock, milk and wine and reduce heat to a simmer.

Add herbs, garlic, seasoning and sweetener.

Leave to simmer on a low heat for 2 – 3 hours or until bolognese has reduced to your liking.

Serve with 75g of spaghetti.
