INGREDIENTS
1 x mullerlight strawberry yoghurt
250gm of natural yoghurt/fromais frais or quark
1 x sachet of sugar free hartleys strawberry jelly
DIRECTIONS
Make up the jelly sachet with only 60 ml of boiling water add the mullerlight yoghurt and 250gm of natural yoghurt/fromais frais or quark and whisk together.
Leave to set in fridge and after is is set top with fresh strawberries and sprinkle of sweetener.
