Vintage Toll House chocolate Chip Pie

1 unbaked 9’ deep dish pie shell.

2 eggs.

¾ cup of salted softened butter.

1 tsp of vanilla.

½ cup of flour.

½ cup of sugar.

½ cup of brown sugar.

1 cup of walnuts.

1 cup of milk chocolate chips.
