My kids love it so much when I make colorful cookies, they enjoy eating each color at a time ! Check out these strawberry lemonade crinkle cookies and let me know what you think.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 box of Betty Crocker Delights Super moist lemon cake.
- 1 box of Betty Crocker Delights Super moist strawberry cake.
- 4 eggs.
- ⅔ cup of cooking oil.
- 1 cup of powdered sugar.
DIRECTIONS
- In two bowls, mix each box of cake with 2 eggs and ⅓ cup of oil until well combined and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Roll a nickel size portion of each flavor on your hands then roll the two balls together into a single ball.
- Roll the balls in powdered sugar and arrange on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
- In a preheated oven to 325° bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Let cook and enjoy !
