Mom’s Banana Bread

Every once in a week, I make this banana bread which my mother use to make us ! It’s so delicious and easy to prepare. Check it out.

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup of softened light butter.

¼ cup of skim milk.

2 large egg whites.

1 tsp of baking soda.

1 cup of sugar.

1 ⅔ cups of mashed ripe banana.

¼ cup of low-fat sour cream.

2 cups of all-purpose flour.

½ tsp of salt.

Cooking spray.
