INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp of amaretto liqueur or ¼ tsp of almond extract.
½ cup of heavy whipping cream.
1 tsp of vanilla extract.
1 (3 or 3.4 ounce) package of ladyfingers.
1 pint of sliced strawberries.
½ cup of sugar, divided.
1 (8 ounce) container of softened mascarpone cheese or cream cheese.
