Low Carb Skillet Brownies

Had a dinner date with the fam last night (steaks and mushrooms) but since we couldn’t have their yummy desserts on the menu I came home and made this…it came out super good! Will link the recipe at the end of this post. The whipped cream I think gave it an ooomph that it needed…I added a packet of stevia to 1c of HWC to give it some sweetness and also added a packet of stevia to the PB drizzle. I also opted not to add the nuts to it. Adjust the macros accordingly. I doubled the recipe and had a 10×10 cast iron pan so I sliced it to yield 16 pieces. Perfect size pieces to satisfy the sweet tooth cravings.

6 tbsp butter

1/3 cup erythritol

1/3 cup cocoa powder

1 egg

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 pinch salt

1/4 cup almond flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup walnuts

Peanut Butter Drizzle:

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp butter
