Jalapeno Popper Chicken Casserole

INGREDIENTS

1.5 lbs boneless chicken thighs (can replace with chicken breast)

5 slices bacon

3 oz cheddar cheese shredded

3 oz mozzarella cheese shredded

10 oz cream cheese

4 tbsp Mayonnaise

1 clove garlic minced

3 jalapenos fresh, medium size

3 tbsp Frank’s Red Hot (or any low carb hot sauce)

salt and pepper to taste

coriander leaves for decoration, optional
