EASY LOW-CARB KETO SPINACH CREAM STUFFED CHICKEN

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Spray a skillet with cooking spray on medium heat. Add the spinach and cook until the spinach becomes wilted.

Stir in the cream cheese and cook for an additional minute.

Make cuts/slices into each of the chicken breasts, without cutting through the entire breast.

Stuff the spinach and cream cheese mixture into each of the slits.

Season the chicken with McCormick’s Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Seasoning, Kosher salt, and pepper.

Sprinkle the cheese on top of both breasts.

Shake paprika over the top.

Bake for 20-35 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Cut each breast in half and serve.
